Legacy Haven Living is designed for older adults age 55 and older who can live independently and who are looking for a stable, respectful place to call home. Our goal is to create an atmosphere that feels peaceful, welcoming, and supportive while preserving each resident's independence and dignity.

Contact Us
Call or submit a website inquiry to ask about current availability and discuss basic housing needs.
Complete an Application
Prospective residents complete the required housing application and provide requested documentation.
Intake Conversation
We discuss community expectations, the applicant's housing needs, and whether Legacy Haven Living may be an appropriate fit.
Application Review
The application is reviewed in accordance with applicable requirements and community eligibility criteria.
Move-In Coordination
If approved and space is available, we coordinate the move-in date and orientation.
Accepted Payment & Funding Sources
Legacy Haven Living accepts SSI, SSDI, private pay, and other reliable funding sources for housing support. Payment arrangements and eligibility are reviewed during the housing inquiry and application process.
Important: Independent Living
Legacy Haven Living is an independent living community. We do not provide assisted living services, skilled nursing care, continuous medical supervision, inpatient behavioral health treatment, detoxification services, or emergency medical care. Residents must be able to manage their daily living needs independently.
